We "break bread" from one place to another. communion reveals the King and His Kingdom. He takes joyful pleasure and has such passion to share eternal mysteries with us, to open and mend our hearts, to direct us even in the most simple tasks or missions.
Then there are some who also meet weekly in homes. We share about our lives, things we discover about others who have or are encountering the Lord, like St. Faustina, St. Ephraim, Joseph Prince, and so many others. All we know is something of a CommunionFire Fire is igniting around the world in the hearts of individuals who want to be ready when Jesus returns!
The Catholics will be upset that we so freely partake of bread and wine and ask His blessing when having Communion apart from the brick and mortar, vestments and authority of the Roman Catholic Church, the Orthodox/Coptic and Eastern Catholic Church; The Anglican Church, The Lutheran Church. FYI - Members of all those assemblies also are hungry and thirsty for CommunionFire so they visit with us too!
The Non-Catholics are upset with us that in Communion we not only feast with the King but on occasion Jesus invites others from heaven, including Sweetest Queen Mary, various Saints, Apostles, Friends and even those who have just 'gone to their new address! They show up along with family friends and neighbors here!
So who are we? What are we. Nothing more than sinners saved by grace, are we. Nothing more than those taking a seat in the back of the Church or at the end of the line. But one thing for sure, we DO have Communion with the same Jesus that showed up at various times throughout the Old Testament times, New Testament Times, in the Gospels, lives of Saints and all were sinners in need of His great mercy before they ever spoke His name! Alleluia!
