Fatima 100th Anniversary Year ~ What Happened 33 Years Ago and Why is that Important to the Whole World? Part Two: A momentary release from the harness of time and space to interrupt one woman for the sake of all mankind...
...I did some... math...
I was reading 33 Days to Morning Glory on a journey with the Holy Spirit to Marian Consecration.
On Day 21 I ran across some dates that were very revealing to me. I haven't heard of others who have noticed this as yet.
If my theological assumptions as a South Carolina baptacostal, evangeliical, charismatic ragamuffin are anywhere close, maybe even 'within the ballpark', consider:
Saint Anna gives birth to the Emmaculata: Mary (by virtue of a miracle that can only be traced to God's grace and eternal blessing)
Saint Gabriel Comes to Virgin Mary to announce birth of Jesus
Holy Spirit becomes the eternal, heavenly spouse of Mary to conceive Jesus
Mary goes to Elzabeth who says "How is it that the Mother of My Lord comes to my house?"
This is told by one, who knew Jesus His whole life, to Luke and Luke (not one of the 12) writes one of the four Gospels, which is even considered to be 'synoptic' to Matthew and Mark. John has his very own distinction as the one who Jesus loved. Meaning an additional heavenly grace and blessing on one of the Sons of Zebedee.
As told to Him by... ready for this? The Holy Mother of God, The Theotokos, The Ever Virgin Mary who is living with Saint John after the Crucifixion.
.Without immediate details from the map of how I arrived to this conclusion... at this point, please, for a moment, rediscover, like an excited kid who wants to hear one more good story before going to bed, your hunger to collect clues as the story unfolds.
Mary has 33 years (30 of which are alone with Jesus and and a few years with Saint Joseph). Mary spent every day of her life from the womb to the tomb at Jesus side.
She knows things that it would take 2,000 years for the world to even begin to know. Saint John himself said that there were not enough books in the world to contain all that Jesus said and did in 3 years! Can you imagine what Mary, his beloved Mother, must have known? By living with John can you imagine what else John came to know about His Savior and Lord and best friend? And what did he, apart from the other 11 learn about Mary outliving the others by 30 years or so?
Then, what about Luke? He knew Saul/Paul before He met Jesus and then didn't meet Mary until who knows how long? but when He did come to know Her as the Holy Virgin Mother of God ad interviewed her before the writing of His Gospel, Luke for conveying some very important moments from those things that she pondered in her heart. Then Luke wrote the book of Acts for Paul, or the revelation of Paul's Gospel.
Got your attention yet?
Isn't it possible that she was unique among all humankind and selected from all women in all of creation to be the celebrated Holy One of a kind human vessel that, though born with the Adamic nature like the rest of us, was somehow preserved by od to be without the stain of sin who was the only one worthy of God, because of his great love for us and for His only Son, to become the other of God become flesh?
Mary was a little bit more than selected, she was chosen before the begining to become the new Eve who would bring redemption into the world by giving birth to the Only Son of God to be the Son of Man as the Lamb of God who could take upon Himself the sin of Adam and the sins of the whole world. He was to become the only one who could take upon hHimself our sin so that He could make anyone 'heaven-ready' by His grace.
Think about this too. Mary would 'house God in her womb' for nine months she became the Ark of the Covenant, She would give birth to HIm in a perfect and emaculately clean, pure and holy wormb, because we know that darkness cannot house light! Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit when He overshadowed her and she said, "okay" to becoming the Mother of the Lord. In this case then, the arc of time and space was put on hold for a miraculous, one time event in the midst of His own creation to Create a relationship with one woman that would produce the Word made flesh to dwell among us just as He dwelled inside of Mary for 9 months.
Keep reading, imagining and faith-pretending if you will for the moment. Don't we all kind of faith-pretend until faith is rewarded by ways that God confirms the truth to us so that the blindness of faith rewards us with the birth of truth!
What if the Lord, by His Holy Spirit asked you to give Him a penny or a dime or a quarter when you were twelve or a bag of chips that you wanted to a homeless person? Do you emember the relie and then the joy that caught your heart the very first time? Isn't it wonderfuul that God rewards us with a greater sense of His reality when we do something He leads us to do and we find His grace to do it and then He goes on to reward us for our conduct and attitude.
What if you were 13 or 14 year old youong lady and an angel came from the very Throne of heaven and told you, "Hail chosen one, God wants to bless you! He wants you to become the Mother of His Son!"
Mary said, "If that is what God wants, i belong to Him, so that is fine with me. But how is this physically possible since I am a virgin?"
The Archangel Gabriel said to her, "This is a very special occasion and this will happen as a miracle in your womb when the Holy Spirit overshadows you."
Mary said, "May this be done to me according to the message you delivered to me."
Mary then runs to Her older Aunt Elizabeth (also called cousin, who was the sister of her Mother, St. Anna) Anna like her sister Elizabeth was barren and therefore considered cursed by God. The Archangel Gabriel visited her as well and told her husband Zacharius that Elizabeth's son would be named John, just as he told mary that her son was to be named Jesus!
I know this sounds like family stuff... but don't get bored... this is not just any family. This is the only and one of a kind family that never was before nor ever shall be agin. The wheels of heaven were in motion and God was moving to earth by virtue of His onl begotten Son and this would be announced by the miraculous boirth of His cousin John, the greatest (Jesus said it) prophet of all Old Covenant time.
We will be covering a few of the following in the coming days and weeks.
* The first 9 day Novena was led by Jesus Mother, Mary, with the 120 until the Coming of the Holy Spirit! Mary was giving a nine day prayer seminar on "How to Receive Miracles from God!"
* Saint Pope John Paul II Went to heaven on the eve of the Feast of Divine Mercy
* Saint Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort, French (31 January 1673 – 28 April 1716) was a French Roman Catholic priest and Confessor. He was known in his time as a preacher and was made a missionary apostolic by Pope Clement XI. As well as preaching, Montfort found time to write a number of books which went on to become classic Catholic titles and influenced several popes. Montfort is known for his particular devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and the practice of praying the Rosary. Montfort is considered as one of the early writers in the field of Mariology. His most notable works regarding Marian devotions are contained in The Secret of Mary and the True Devotion to Mary. The Roman Catholic Church, under the pontificate of Pope Pius XII canonized Montfort on July 20, 1947. A "founders statue" created by Giacomo Parisini is located in an upper niche of the south nave of Saint Peter's Basilica.
Saint Maxmillian Kolbe (Polish) 1. Mary appeared to him as a boy.
Baptized as Raymund Kolbe, our saint was a normal child and the stories of his childhood don’t have the false patina that Flannery O’Connor said exist in the stories of pious children. Yet there is this one stunning exception. One night in Kolbe’s childhood, Our Lady appeared to him in a dream holding a white crown and a red crown. He later related, “She asked if I was willing to accept either of these crowns. The white one meant that I should persevere in purity, and the red that I should become a martyr. I said that I would accept them both.” So, yes, St. Maximillian had a normal childhood, but with one tremendous difference that was to define the course of his life.

We are living in a time unequalled in all of Jewish, Muslim and Christian History. We are living in the days when Jesus Christ will return in the clouds with power and great Glory!
This is the most exciting moment in Time/Space History!
And a child shall lead them...
